Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern
your purchases at Buckeye Trailers, Inc. Your placement of an order at Buckeye
Trailers, Inc. constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the
order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Buckeye Trailers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any
time for any reason.
Prices
Buckeye Trailers, Inc. may make changes to any products or services offered, or
to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without
notice. Prices shown are for online orders only - prices do not apply to our
Republic, Ohio store.
Payment
Buckeye Trailers, Inc. accepts Google Checkout as payment method for online
orders. Google Checkout currently supports Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. Google Checkout provides a high level of security and privacy
for online shopping. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
All orders shipped to Ohio are subject to the current Ohio sales tax.
Shipping & Handling
Buckeye Trailers, Inc. will make every attempt to ship all orders promptly,
usually in 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding
federal holidays. At this time, we only ship to addresses in the continental
United States. Shipping and handling charges are estimated
at the time of checkout. While the estimated rates are usually accurate, it may
need to be adjusted after checkout. Buckeye Trailers, Inc. will attempt to contact you with
new shipping charges.
Orders with multiple items may ship from multiple geographic locations. These
items may arrive at different times depending on the ship location.
Order tracking information is usually given within 1 business day of an order's
ship date. Depending on the shipping courier, tracking information may not be
available immediately. Most items are shipped via UPS. Larger orders may ship
via truck frieght.
Return / Replacement Policy
Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on defective
products. Claims must be made within 14 days of your receipt of an order.
Merchandise shipped in error will be allowed full credit upon return. Within 14
days of receipt of your order, you may contact us to arrange the return of
merchandise. Returned merchandise that was shipped as ordered may be subject to a
minimum 15% restocking charge depending on the condition of the returned goods.
Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging.
Buckeye Trailers is not responsible for any costs of shipping and handling on
returned items. Any shipping and handling costs charged on your order will
be deducted from your refund.
Return discretion: Buckeye Trailers reserves the right to deny any return. Some
products may use a different set of return policies. When a different policy is
in effect, you will be informed of those differences prior to purchase.
Buckeye Trailers is not liable for damages or loss of merchandise while in
shipment. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against the carrier
for any loss or damage, upon receipt of the merchandise.
Warranty
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Any
warranty implied by law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this contract.
Seller hereby authorizes customer to enforce against a manufacturing third party
of the merchandise, may have in respect to the merchandise or such claim. Seller
hereby assigns to the customer all rights which seller, as purchaser, has
against such suppliers for breach of warranty or other representation respecting
the merchandise. Seller will not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages suffered by the customer from any reason whatsoever.
